Session is an end-to-end encrypted messenger that minimises sensitive metadata, designed and built for people who want absolute privacy and freedom from any form of surveillance.

Instructions

Download the Session app onto your phone or computer from https://getsession.org then create an account. We recommend choosing a username that can't be traced back to you. On mobile, click the plus icon then the globe icon to join an open group, or if you're using a computer, simply click the "Join Open Group" button. Next, click one of the "Copy Group URL" buttons below and paste the URL in the Session app. Alternatively, mobile users can scan the below QR codes of the groups they wish to join.
